The Woman of Substance ministry was birth out of some of my own experiences and the theme came about from a line I heard in a movie based on a book I read by Barbara Taylor Bradford. In the movie the question was asked of the main character "why did you out live so many of the people that touched your life?" Her response was "To Endure!"
God has instructed me through this ministry to seek those women who have been through so much to let them know that they are worth something. That they can endure to the end, no matter what or where you started, it is not how you will finish. He wants me to let them know that they were "fearfully and wonderfully made by Him." He loves them with an everlasting love, in spite of their past mistakes. The blood of Jesus Christ redeems them from their past.
This ministry will bring women of all races and backgrounds together and help other women share their own testimonies. To help those that are broken, battered and bruised so badly, from church hurt, physical and mental abuses, life situations, self-hatred and doubt, to learn to soar like eagles and live the destined life God promised us in His word. Because We are Women of Substance, Appointed, Anointed and Approved by Daddy God through Jesus Christ and empowered by His Holy Spirit.
